I had a smooth experience on the Armani Exchange site. The menus were easy to follow, the filters actually helped, and I found the shirts I wanted without having to dig around forever. Checkout was quick too. I do tend to keep an eye on prices, so I compared a few options before deciding, but overall it was simple and hassle-free.

I ordered a hoodie and joggers from armaniexchange.com, they’re really comfortable. The fabric feels soft, and I like that it’s not too heavy because I hate when loungewear feels bulky. The fit was pretty much what I expected too, maybe a little loose, but actually in a good way. I’ve worn them a few times already, just around the house and out for quick errands, and they still feel nice. Overall, I’m happy with them.

Tags and everything were perfect when I opened it. Simple, useful, and exactly what you’d hope for. Happy with the order overall.

I ordered a black hoodie from Armani Exchange, but they sent me a navy one instead. The size was right, so at least that part was fine, but like I said, I picked black and that’s not what showed up. Customer service did get back to me after a couple days and said I could return it, but I needed it for a trip, so I ended up just keeping it. Like I said, it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for the price, I really expected them to get the order right.

I’ve already worn them a bunch, and even after washing, they still look almost new, so that’s been... yeah, definitely a good sign. I ordered from Armani Exchange the shipping cost was reasonable. Some clothing sites sneak in ridiculous delivery fees at the end, but this one didn’t feel like that at all.

The price was shown clearly before checkout, so I knew exactly what I was paying before placing the order. For what I bought, the shipping felt fair and not like some extra charge they were trying to hide.

My package showed up without any issues, and I didn’t feel like I got ripped off on delivery. If the shipping stays this reasonable, I’d definitely order again

The quality is definitely good, I mean, better than I expected, actually—but I don’t think I’d pay full price for it. If you can grab it on sale, it feels a lot more worth it.

The store itself was fine, but checkout took way too long. I only had a couple of things in my basket, plus a bottle of water I grabbed last minute, and I still felt like I was standing there forever. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying when you’re just trying to get in and out.
